This story is horrifying in multiple ways: a vigilante thinks a women is drinking (she wasn’t), the police arrest her even though her BAC was far below the legal limit, the prosecutor indicts her even though her BAC was far below the legal limit, and she had to spend $12,000 defending herself from a bogus charge. What about that story isn’t horrifying?
